Scott is currently the Director of Operations for a large restaurant management group specializing in airport operations. He’s a certified sommelier with extensive food and beverage leadership experience, having opened and operated over 25 restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and retail markets.
Scott most recently served as Sr. Director of Operations for Bambuza Hospitality Group, launching an expansion of their brands streetside, throughout airports, and beyond. Before Bambuza, he was West Regional Director of Restaurant Operations for Paradies Lagardere, overseeing 17 locations across multiple markets. Prior to that, Scott served in operations leadership with Vino Volo, helping the brand rapidly grow its portfolio of locations while creating a culture of excellence and a focus on customer experience.
Scott is a local Californian, born and raised in Santa Barbara, CA, but has lived and worked in Sacramento for the last 20 years. At home, he’s supported by his beautiful wife and three kids, ages 12, 10, and 8 years old.
