Jamal’s Work Bio:
Jamal Hassan is a professional beverage consultant based in Portland, OR.
Jamal made his mark on the Portland hospitality industry, developing and overseeing the bar programs at several award-winning concepts, including Ox, Tasty N’ Alder, and Mediterranean Exploration Company.
In 2019, he was one of the original founders of Sesame Collective Restaurant Group. He served as their Chief Marketing and Beverage Officer, developing the concepts for and opening Yalla, Bless Your Heart Burgers, Dolly Olive, Lil’ Shalom and Icarus.
