Kaylina has over decade of experience in CPG across both Fortune 50 & start-up experience. She started at PepsiCo (Frito Lay) where she had several roles across the sales function with elevating responsibility including being recognized as a rising star in grocery by Progressive Grocer Magazine.

An experienced key account manager, with head quarters experience as Sr. Analyst and managing the LA Metro Distributions center.

At Vive Organic she was part of the 11-person sales team growing sales from $14MM to $30MM in 2+ years with multiple responsibilities including managing drug, c-store and natural channels.

At Perfect Day, she led National Accounts for consumer brands including revamping process & tools as well as landing distribution at major retailers. She joined Richard's Rainwater in October 2023 as a fractional VP of sales to support expanding distribution growth, developing tools & process and building growth strategy.
