Eric J. Grimm is a sixteen-year specialty coffee veteran with expertise in mobile events and human resources. They have planned and executed coffee service for over 2,000 events. As an associate professional in human resources, they have worked with small and medium-sized coffee companies developing documents and policies that put employee wellbeing and social justice at the forefront. As part of the team at Glitter Cat Barista, they provided support and mentorship to over 100 competitors in the United States Coffee Championships and Glitter Cat's own Sprudgie Award-winning digital competitions. In 2020, they co-founded Ghost Town Oats, a barista-owned and queer-owned oat milk company based in the United States. They love champagne and ice cream and their favorite song is "It's Raining Men".
