Eric Clayman is a Food & Beverage industry business development specialist who has worked for and/or consulted with start-ups, emerging brands, and established companies throughout his career. Eric was one of the founding partners of Udi's Granola and Gluten Free Foods taking the brand from a farmers market offering to national distribution. During Eric's time running the sales department at Dazbog Coffee, he produced consistent year over year growth through building existing business distribution and developing new sales channels such as food service.

Coffee industry specific skills include building sales for various channels like grocery retail, food service, office coffee, licensed coffeeshops along with setting up CRM systems to track progress with these efforts.
